1979
Holger Lüdeke becomes Managing Director of Helm de Venezuela.
1998
Concord Chemical C.A. is founded after Helm de Venezuela decided to close its operation office in Venezuela. In the meantime Concord Chemical C.A. is appointed as the sole agent for the Hamburg company Helm.
2022
With the growing interruption of the global supply chain, Holger Lüdeke and Kai Lüdeke decided to found in Germany a new branch for sourcing of chemical raw materials.
